Significant changes are coming to global tariffs. Due to uncertainty around these new tariffs, many global mail carriers have suspended delivery to the United States.
This includes Taiwan Post, which suspended delivery to the USA on August 25, 2025.
With the USA eliminating the de minimis exemption, the new US regulations require carriers (i.e., airlines) to pay duties to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
Taiwan Post does not yet have a service for collecting duties in advance, nor have the airlines set up mechanisms to pay U.S. duties on behalf of senders.
So with great regret, we cannot accept any USA bound orders for the foreseeable future.
Deliveries to all other countries will continue as usual.
