We offer Free Shipping by Air Parcel Post on all orders over $60.

We ship our Oolong tea everywhere in the world**. (As of October 2023 Taiwan Post is still under COVID-19 restrictions. We are unable to ship to some countries by Taiwan Post. DHL shipping is available world-wide. Please contact us if you would like to ship by DHL.)

All orders are shipped from Taiwan. The cost of shipping depends on the weight and destination, as well as the chosen shipping method, but shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart prior to checkout.

We attempt to ship all orders within 24 hours Monday to Friday and delivery time is from 1 to 2 weeks for most locations.

Returns

All sales of loose tea and tea bags are final. To avoid misunderstandings regarding the taste or quality of our teas, we encourage you to order tea samples before making larger orders.

All sales of non-fragile accessories are final.

Fragile items such as tea pots which are damaged due to shipping may be exchanged if we are notified within one week of receipt.
