Grown Without Pesticides

Spring 2018

Zhong Shu Hu oolong tea comes from the Zhong Shu Hu area of Ali Mountain (Alishan) - one of the most famous tea producing regions of Taiwan. The climate here is cool and moist with cloud cover and mists every day. These conditions are ideal for tea because the plants grow very slowly and produce tender, flavorful tea leaves and buds.

Zhong Shu Hu oolong tea has a sweet taste and refined aroma. Each brewing brings out new flavours and taste sensations. This tea has a complexity that provides continuous nuances with every cup.

Zhong Shu Hu oolong tea can be re-brewed several times while maintaining an excellent flavour. We recommend the Gong Fu method of preparation to bring out the best of this excellent tea.

This tea is amazing! At first it was not one of my top favorites - but over time I have come to appreciate it much more! At first it just seems light & smooth, but over time it has taken on kind of a "steely" texture & wonderfully crisp finish. Also it blends well with other teas because it is so light.

tasty and clear color then come the toasted aromas of nuts and adds a subtle flavor of cane sugar that give just want to breathe deeply. Then what happens in the mouth and palate it is up to you. This tea leaves after a "buzz" in the taste buds makes you salivate long happiness.

[Tea Provided for Review] I loved this tea. It is quite an elusive tea to describe, while it has these wonderful floral elements, it also has some slight roasted ones as well. I was quite shocked to find out it was an AliShan tea, as I was drinking it I could have sworn I was drinking a LiShan From my blog:

I really love it, very nice rhythm and endurance, with a mix of cream at the beginning and and fruit and critics at the end.

The first thing that hit me soon as I open the bag is the wonderful aroma it smells floral and green and just beautiful, The taste was really nice too, it was nice and greenish and floral at first then creamy and almost buttery with some hints of fruit like apple or pear by the third infusion it developed slightly spicy notes almost like cinnamon that really played well with the fruity notes that were still there, This tea is superb to me.

This is a wonderfully delicate tea with hints of sweetness, fruity flavours and a pleasant aroma. I re-steeped it multiple times and enjoyed the depth in the flavour.
