First and all this is my very first tea review,
I received the sample pack shi zuo oolong, upon opening the package the first thing that spots my eye is the nice greenish collor of the leafs.
Since i don't own a gong fu set atm i'm a bit forced to brew it western, semi western style. For my first infusing i used a timer and infused for a small minute. and the color of the tea turns out to be beautifull bright green! l
Upon cooling down a bit it taste very sweet and perhaps a bit creamy texture, have to say it tastes very good!
second infusion turns out to be even a bit more brighter green! More floral, more creamy very great taste! Going to do a few more infusions and i'm expecting more of the same quality very nice tea indeed!
