I have reviewed this tea in the past, and I still find it to be an excellent tea. As I said previously, this is a rich, buttery tasting oolong with an aroma and flavor that does not lessen with repeated brewing. It has become my favorite high mountain oolong. I will continue to purchase it and savor its flavor and aroma in the future.

This was my first order for Li Shan Cui Feng, placed when I saw it is grown without pesticides. I like low-oxydized oolong teas, and my favorites were Wu Ling and Tsuei Luan until this order. But this tea is so tasty, with very complex and smooth aromas that it soon became my prefered. I infused it at 85°C with the Gong Fu method, and beginning with short time (35 - 40 sec). After 5 infusions, it is still excellent. For sure I will buy it again !

This was the first time I've ordered this tea and I was very satisfied with it. Cui Feng has a very mild, good flavor that is slightly floral. Very pleasing, I will order it again in the future.
