We offer Free Shipping on all orders of loose tea over $NT1900 (approximately US$60).

Certain items such as tea utensils and tea bags are bulkier and heavier than loose tea. These items carry a shipping surcharge that applies to orders which would otherwise qualify for free shipping.

We ship our Oolong tea everywhere in the world.

All orders are sent by air parcel post via Taiwan Post. The cost of shipping depends on the weight and destination, but you can use our Shipping Calculator to determine shipping costs prior to checkout.

We attempt to ship all orders within 24 hours Monday to Friday and delivery time is from 1 to 2 weeks for most locations.
